Gelay88 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to Gelay88. This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Gelay88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "company"). This agreement takes effect immediately upon accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Gelay88 platform.

These terms apply in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy Gelay88, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and us. In the event of any conflict between those documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise specifically stated.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the Gelay88 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these terms will also be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the Gelay88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Use the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes, not as a primary source of income.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list under any responsible gaming programme.
• Registering using personal information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms.
• Hold an active Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one account only on Gelay88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited. Gelay88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice and forfeit any remaining balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Gelay88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access is caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All financial transactions on Gelay88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Gelay88 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Supported payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (QR and bank transfer)
• GrabPay
• ShopeePay
• Boost eWallet
• FPX – Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, and others)

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set by default, though players may set a daily deposit limit from their account settings. All deposits are credited to the account within seconds of payment confirmation being received.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within under 30 seconds to your Malaysian bank account or eWallet via DuitNow. Gelay88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond Gelay88's control.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and to safeguard your funds.

Gelay88 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. The following general terms apply to all Gelay88 bonus types unless otherwise stated:

• Rollover (wagering requirement): Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are expressed in a format such as "5x", meaning you must wager an amount equal to 5 times the bonus value.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a validity period that typically ranges from 3 to 30 days. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• One claim per household: Welcome bonuses and first deposit bonuses may only be claimed once per individual and per household/IP address.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino may contribute a lower percentage depending on the game type.

Gelay88 reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through illegitimate means, including but not limited to system abuse, player collusion, or exploitation of software bugs. Gelay88's decision in such matters is final.

All games on Gelay88 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by a third party with no vested interest in Gelay88. This ensures every game outcome is truly random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party — including Gelay88 itself.

Casino games (slots, baccarat, roulette, and others): The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is publicly displayed in the respective game information. Winnings are credited automatically after each round is completed.

Sports Betting and e-sports: Bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant competition organiser. In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules specified for each betting market. Football betting covers the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, and international competitions. E-sports betting covers MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2, CS2, Valorant, and other titles available on the platform.

Lottery: All lottery draws on Gelay88, including Keno, Mega Ball, and Lucky Draw, are conducted using the same RNG and are regularly audited. Draw results are final and cannot be disputed.

Gelay88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the event of a technical error, software bug, or unforeseen circumstance. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player in full with no deductions.

As a Gelay88 member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any compensation:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses or the betting system.
• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to assist with betting.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate any part of the Gelay88 platform.

• Misusing the customer support system, including filing false complaints or using abusive language.

Gelay88 monitors all account activity on a continuous basis. If suspicious behaviour is detected, we reserve the right to freeze the account pending investigation. During the freeze period, account access and financial transactions will be suspended.

Gelay88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or platform abuse.
• Requests from authorities in connection with legal investigations.
• If an account holder is found to be on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming programme.

Players may also close their own account upon request through two channels: by contacting Gelay88's 24/7 customer support, or by using the pause or self-exclusion option in their account settings. Prior to closure, all valid balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via their original payment method.

Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming for responsible gambling reasons can activate an account pause ranging from 24 hours to 6 months directly from their account page — no approval from our team required.

Gelay88 is not liable for any losses suffered by players arising from:

• Platform disruptions or unavailability caused by technical factors beyond our control.
• Betting losses incurred during legitimate gameplay — this is a risk players voluntarily accept when using the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.
